I have looked thru the page and have not found this problem listed.
1986 Savage, flooding, carb cleaned, 3 times, all but new float put in 4th time, runs fine for a few miles then floods, raw fuel comes out the over flow tube and drips on the ground. Trouble started when petcock was turned to reserve the first time in many years. Petcock has been cleaned, o rings in good shape also, could it be a blocked vacumn line? A hole in the vacumn line?
Bike ran like a champ before swtching to reserve, adn yes there was a LOT of trash to be cleaned out, and yes tank has been drained.
